Last-minute conflict? T2 Subscribers have access to unlimited, flexible ticket exchanges. You can switch to any other T2 performance of the production for which your originally had a ticket, up to 5pm on the day before your scheduled show. 

To request an exchange, you can fill out the request form below, or call the box office at 479.571.2785. All online requests will receive confirmation from the box office within 24 hours of submission.

If there is a price difference... *
Depending on your preferred night and available locations, Theatresquared tickets vary in cost. I understand that if there is a price difference between my current performance and my preferred date, the difference may be credited as a tax-deductible contribution or there may be a balance due. If there is a balance due:
Do you have mobility concerns? Do you prefer an aisle seat? We can't accommodate every request, but we sure will try to make your time at the theatre as great as possible.

In order to be processed, online exchange requests must be submitted by 5pm the day before the originally scheduled performance time. When processing an exchange, the box office will arrange the best available seats for your section on your desired performance date, but the exact same seat locations can not be guaranteed.
