HEARING, MOBILITY & ACCESSIBILITY

“At the theatre, in schools and online, we create remarkable performances; broaden access; foster empathy, equity and cohesion; and gather with one another around art, conversation, food and other shared experiences in a welcoming, inclusive space.”

Listed below are the accessible options we have available for our performances. If you have additional questions or you would like to arrange accessible accommodations for your next visit, please contact our Box Office at 479-777-7477 or tix@theatre2.org.

Courtesy Wheelchair

Courtesy wheelchairs are available for use on a first come, first served basis and can be requested from Audience Services at the Box Office.

Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are located on our first, second, and third floors. All-Gender restrooms are located on our second and third floors.

Assistive Listening Devices

TheatreSquared offers two devices available for assistive listening in our theatres: FM and T-Coil. We recommend arriving early to request and enable your assistive listening device, available for checkout at the T2 Box Office.

The T-Coil system is used in conjunction with t-coil capable hearing aids. Ask your audiologist if your hearing aid has t-coil capability and how to use it in a t-coil enabled space. In West Theatre, T-Coil assistive listening is available in rows F-J on the Stage Level and the center section of the Circle Level of the West Theatre. For Spring Theatre, you will need to pick-up a t-coil receiver and neck loop, but you are able to sit in any seat.

The FM assistive listening system requires the use of a receiver in both theatre. FM devices reduce background noise and amplify the sounds of the performance. This device uses headphones compatible with a standard headphone jack. We have over-the-ear padded earphones available for use but patrons are welcome to bring their own. We provide the device and neck loop t-coil receiver. FM assistive listening is available in all rows of the Spring Theatre and West Theatre. Personal hearing aids should be turned-off while using a FM device to prevent feedback.

Service Animals

Service dogs are allowed in our theatres. Please contact the Box Office if you plan to bring your service dog with you to the theatre.
