TheatreSquared offers full event packages for private events—the perfect solution for board retreats, client entertainment, wedding ceremonies and receptions, holiday parties, or staff outings.
Our packages are completely customizable to suit your event, with options including:
Catering ranging from boxed lunches to heavy hors d'oeuvres
Full bar service and staffing, with wine, beer & custom cocktails; or, coffee, tea & soda stations for daytime meetings
Custom signage and program inserts
Group ticket bookings or bought-out performance dates
Prepaid, reserved downtown parking

To reserve your private event, click here to fill out an event request form. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response after submitting your event request form. To schedule a tour of the space, contact our event manager, Trey Smith, at treysmith@theatre2.org or contact 479-777-7097.
