Corporate Partnerships

Northwest Arkansas shows up here. So can you.

Last season 30,000+ seats were filled by the people your company is trying to hire, acquire, and keep. A partnership puts you in that room, not their feed.

Four jobs it does for you

Start with the outcome you need, and we build the partnership around it.

01 Keep your people

Your best hire has a standing offer from Dallas. What Fayetteville has that Dallas doesn't is a night out mere miles away that they're still talking about on Monday.

What it looks like
Company theatre nights · employee ticket access · young-professional experiences

02 Host your clients

Ninety minutes shoulder to shoulder does what a golf round can't. You sit next to someone in the dark, and afterward you both have something to say.

What it looks like
Opening nights · receptions in The Commons · Season Celebration · StageFright

03 Be a real neighbor

Students in 85 schools across three states see a TheatreSquared production because somebody paid for the bus and the seat. Your name goes on that, in language your stakeholders appreciate.

What it looks like
Student matinees · schools tour · camps and scholarships · family access

04 Build the next workforce

Skilled technicians, project managers, production coordinators; burgeoning careers start with somebody funding the apprenticeship that makes the first job possible.

What it looks like
Paid internships · apprenticeships · technical training · career mentoring

Source and methodology

Compiled August 2026 from TheatreSquared's Season 20 (FY26) marketing performance workbook, ActiveCampaign, Meta Ads Manager, a GA4 traffic-acquisition export, NWA Daily placement reports, a Melissa Data household append and current education-program records. Percentages and follower counts are rounded; poster volume is an operational estimate. Season 21 is the current season; season totals reflect the most recently closed season. These are audience and marketing figures for planning — not guaranteed sponsor impressions. Full source detail available on request.

Beyond the sponsorship

Corporate Council

Corporate council members get an ongoing place to connect with TheatreSquared, with one another, and with the region's civic and cultural leadership — through selected gatherings, performances and behind-the-scenes experiences.

01 Connect Regional business and civic relationships.
02 Host Welcome guests into TheatreSquared experiences.
03 Strengthen Grow the partnership year over year.
In their words

"Connecting TheatreSquared with Butterfield Trail Village has been such a natural fit. So many of Butterfield's residents are T2 supporters, so sponsoring serves as an affirmation of their collective passion for one of Northwest Arkansas' treasures."

Frequently asked
Is a corporate partnership tax-deductible?+

TheatreSquared is a 501(c)(3). The deductible portion depends on the fair market value of any tickets, hospitality or benefits you receive. We state that split in writing before you commit, and again on your acknowledgment letter.

When do we need to decide?+

Recognition deadlines run by production, not by season. Program and poster deadlines typically close six to eight weeks before opening. The earlier the conversation, the more inventory is open — and the more of the year your name is visible.

Do you accept in-kind or multi-year commitments?+

Both. In-kind goods and services can count toward a level when they offset a real production or operating cost. Multi-year commitments unlock better inventory and let us plan activations around your calendar instead of ours.

What does our team actually have to do?+

Send us a logo and a point of contact. We handle scheduling, invitations, ticket distribution and reporting. If you want to run an internal campaign around it, we will give you the copy and images to do that.

Does a matching-gift program apply?+

Often, for the charitable portion. If your company runs a matching program, send us the portal details and we will complete the verification on our end.

What happens next

Bring us the goal. We'll shape the partnership.

01

Tell us the goal

What is your company trying to accomplish this year?

02

We come back with a personalized recommendation

Not a menu. One focused recommendation with scope, benefits, timing and how we will measure it.

03

We confirm before the season locks

Season 21 recognition deadlines run by production. The earlier we talk, the more inventory is open.
