THE COMMONS COMMUNITY ROOM
On the second floor of the three-level Commons, the Community Room is transparent with floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides—with fully automatic privacy shades available as needed—and French oak cladding on the fourth wall. Features include views of downtown Fayetteville, flexible furniture for a large group or small-table setups, and immediate access to the nearby Circle Bar, passenger elevator, and spacious restrooms. Ideal for board meetings, intimate seated dinners, or teleconferencing.

Notes:
This is a self-service package. TheatreSquared expects The Community Room to be clean and reset to the way it was presented to the client. If the client fails to restore the room after the event, an additional cleaning fee will be applied to your final invoice.
An additional setup/strike fee may apply to cover labor on special requests that deviate from T2’s standard venue seating configurations
Additional staff may be required depending on the nature of the event. The amount of staffing required for each rental will be determined at the discretion of TheatreSquared and will be outlined in the rental agreement.
Renters may use the Commons Bar/Café or an external caterer
